Hymn “Mighty To Save” Hillsong United
Everyone needs compassion
A love that’s never failing
Let mercy fall on me
Everyone needs forgiveness
The kindness of a Saviour
The hope of nations
Saviour, he can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save
He is mighty to save
Forever Author of Salvation
He rose and conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave
So take me as you find me
All my fears and failures
Fill my life again
I give my life to follow
Everything that I believe in
Now I surrender
Saviour, he can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save
He is mighty to save
Forever Author of Salvation
He rose and conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave
Shine your light and let the whole world see
We’re singing for the glory of the risen king Jesus
Shine your light and let the whole world see
We’re singing for the glory of the risen king
Saviour, he can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save
He is mighty to save
Forever Author of Salvation
He rose and conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave
Saviour, he can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save
He is mighty to save
Forever Author of Salvation
He rose and conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave

Hymn “Who You Say I Am” Hillsong Worship
Who am I that the highest King
Would welcome me
I was lost but He brought me in
Oh His love for me
Oh His love for me
Who the Son sets free
Oh is free indeed
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
Free at last He has ransomed me
His grace runs deep
While I was a slave to sin
Jesus died for me
Yes He died for me
Who the Son sets free
Oh is free indeed
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
In my Father’s house
There’s a place for me
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
I am chosen, not forsaken
I am who You say I am
You are for me, not against me
I am who You say I am
I am chosen, not forsaken
I am who You say I am
You are for me, not against me
I am who You say I am
I am who You say I am
Who the Son sets free
Oh is free indeed
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
In my Father’s house
There’s a place for me
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
Prayer of Confession (Unison)
Dear Lord, after all you have endured for us, we should have no doubts about Your love; but we do. After all you have given us, and continue to give, we should know that You want us to never be without; but we don’t. After all the times we have strayed and we have sinned, we expect You to turn from us; but You never will. Everything You do is to provide us with strength and hope, leading us to the throne of Your grace.… (Silent time of prayer)
Assurance of Pardon
Leader: The further away we stray from the Lord, the closer He moves to us. The
less worthy we are, the more bold we need to be. We continue to ask for
forgiveness and grace and Jesus continues to freely give.
ALL: Thanks be to God!
The Gloria Patri – Hymn Tune, 581
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost;
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
WE HEAR GOD’S WORD
Children’s Message
Message “Go Boldly!” Dr. Jonathan Sloan
Jesus the Great High Priest
14 Since, then, we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who in every respect has been tested as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
WE RESPOND TO GOD’S WORD
Hymn “Standing on the Promises”
Standing on the promises of Christ my King!
Thro’ eternal ages let His praises ring
“Glory in the highest!” I will shout and sing. Standing on the promises of God.
Standing, standing, Standing on the promises of God, my Savior;
Standing, standing, I’m standing on the promises of God.
Standing on the promises that cannot fail!
When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail,
By the living Word of God I shall prevail, Standing on the promises of God.
Standing, standing, Standing on the promises of God, my Savior;
Standing, standing, I’m standing on the promises of God.
Standing on the promises I now can see
Perfect, present cleansing in the blood for me.
Standing in the liberty where Christ makes free, Standing on the promises of God.
Standing, standing, Standing on the promises of God, my Savior;
Standing, standing, I’m standing on the promises of God
Standing on the promises of Christ the Lord.
Bound to him eternally by love’s strong cord,
Overcoming daily with the Spirit’s Sword, Standing on the promises of God.
Standing, standing, Standing on the promises of God, my Savior;
Standing, standing, I’m standing on the promises of God
Standing on the promises, I cannot fall,
List’nin ev’ry moment to the Spirit’s call,
Restoring in my Savior as my all in all, Standing on the promises of God.
Standing, standing, Standing on the promises of God, my Savior;
Standing, standing, I’m standing on the promises of God
Prayers of the People and The Lord’s Prayer (Unison)
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy
will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

Prayer of Dedication
WE GO FORTH TO SERVE
Hymn #263 “All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name!”
All hail the power of Jesus’ name!
let angels prostrate fall;
bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown him Lord of all!
Bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown him Lord of all!
Ye chosen seed of Israel’s race,
ye ransomed from the fall,
hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all!
Hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all!
Let every kindred,
every tribe on this terrestrial ball
to him all majesty ascribe,
and crown him Lord of all!
To him all majesty ascribe,
and crown him Lord of all!
O that with yonder sacred throng
we at his feet may fall!
We’ll join the everlasting song,
and crown him Lord of all!
We’ll join the everlasting song,
and crown him Lord of all!
Benediction
Benediction Response “Blest Be the Tie that Binds” arr. L Mason
Blest be the tie that binds
our hearts in Christian love.
The fellowship of kindred minds
is like to that above.
When we are called to part,
it gives us inward pain;
but we shall still be joined in heart,
and hope to meet again.
Postlude “Hail to the King!” D Paxton
