*The Greeting and Welcoming of One Another
(There are no strangers in God’s House, just friends we have not yet met.
Greet your neighbor with Christian love and let them know that you’re glad to see them!)
*Praise Hymn “I Will Sing Praise”
*Call to Worship AJ Baratta
Leader: We worship today as one,
People: joined together through Christ.
Leader: No longer separated by race or creed,
People: we are connected through love and kindness.
Leader: We gather to praise and give glory to the Lord that does everything for us.
May we help each other as we work to do all for Him.
ALL: Let us worship and praise God!
*Praise Hymn ”Praise You”
*Prayer of Confession (Unison)
Dear Lord, we speak of compassion and humility as we look down upon others. We preach peace and patience as we let anger and irritation into our hearts. We ask for wisdom as we sit idly by our unopened Bibles. We count ourselves as believers as we take our place on the sidelines, waiting for the right time to lift our cross and follow You. Help us to truly live for You, to demonstrate the characteristics You have placed in our hearts, and to allow the Spirit to be in our lives…(Silent time of prayer)
*Assurance of Pardon
Leader: Jesus came to do everything for us: to live, to love, to teach, to die and to
forgive so that we may live and die for Him.
ALL: Thanks be to God!
* The Gloria Patri – Hymn Tune, 581
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost;
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Message “Growing in Faith: Life in the Spirit” Dr. Jonathan Sloan
11 In that renewal there is no longer Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and free; but Christ is all and in all!
12 As God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. 13 Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily

into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the
power and the glory, forever. Amen.
