Greet your neighbor with Christian love and let them know that you’re glad to see them!)
*Praise Hymn “Celebrate Jesus” Oliver
*Call to Worship
Leader: Do we worship this morning to benefit others?
People: We come to praise God and grow in His word.
Leader: Do we live our lives to please ourselves or delight our friends?
People: We live for God, to encourage and love others.
Leader: Whatever brings us here, whatever drives us day to day, whatever brings
us joy is all for God; the One who first did all and gives all for us.
ALL: Let us worship and praise God!
*Praise Hymn ”I Will Sing Praise” Stone & Popham
*Prayer of Confession (Unison)
Dear Lord, we sing Your praises loudly at church, but take credit for our accomplishments beyond these walls. We often give thanks for our blessings when asking for more; but tell ourselves that we alone are responsible for our success. We give of our excesses and convince ourselves that we are being generous; but we forget that we are simply stewards of the many gifts You give us. Help us to always remember that all we have, all we are, all we ever will be is because of You, Your love and Your mercy…(Silent time of prayer)
*Assurance of Pardon
Leader: God gave us the gift of life, then gave us the gift of Jesus so we could learn
how to live. Jesus gave us the gift of forgiveness, the gift of salvation, so
that we could have life eternal.
ALL: Thanks be to God!

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost;
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
